1. Return Conditions

​We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • ​The item received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged.
  • ​The item received does not match your order (wrong size, color, or motif).
  • ​You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Requirements

​To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • ​The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • ​You provide a valid Order ID.
  • Mandatory: You must provide an unboxing video as clear evidence of the defect or error upon arrival.

3. Return Process

​Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to our gallery at:

Note: Shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items will be covered by Vhinnyshya Batik.

4. Refunds

  • ​Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • ​Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via our payment gateway (Midtrans) within 7-14 business days.
