1. Return Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged.
- The item received does not match your order (wrong size, color, or motif).
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- You provide a valid Order ID.
- Mandatory: You must provide an unboxing video as clear evidence of the defect or error upon arrival.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to our gallery at:

Note: Shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items will be covered by Vhinnyshya Batik.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via our payment gateway (Midtrans) within 7-14 business days.
