Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vhinnyshya Batik. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order are free.
Delivery Estimates: We use trusted domestic couriers (JNE, J&T, Sicepat). Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your province.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Global Delivery: We proudly offer international shipping to customers outside Indonesia.
Manual Shipping Quote: Please note that international shipping rates are not calculated automatically at checkout.
Order Process: Once your international order is placed, our Admin will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to provide the exact shipping quote based on your destination country and package weight.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Vhinnyshya Batik is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is correct to avoid delays or misdelivery.
Vhinnyshya Batik is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
